A note on terminology. Plantation is the Indian trade term for washed Arabica and Parchment for washed Robusta — both wet-processed at the estate. Cherry means naturally processed, dried inside the fruit. PB is peaberry, the single round bean that forms when only one seed develops. Grades separate on the round-hole sieve the beans are retained on; the screen number quoted outside India is the same figure in 64ths of an inch.

Specifications are drawn from our curing works' grading certificate and are subject to crop variation. Contract specifications are confirmed per shipment.

Mysore Nuggets Extra Bold and Kaapi Royale are trade designations used for premium Indian washed Arabica and washed Robusta respectively. Lots are supplied against the grading certificate issued by our curing works.
