What this website collects, why, and who it reaches.
What the site collects
One thing: what you type into the enquiry form on the contact page. That is your name, your company, your email address, your country, the coffee requirement, the quantity, the destination port, and any message you add.
It is sent to Sora Exports by email so we can answer you. It is not sold, rented or passed to a third party for marketing.
What the site does not do
There are no analytics, no advertising trackers and no third-party cookies on this website. No account is created and no profile is built. The only network requests the pages make are for their own images and fonts.
Spam protection
The enquiry form carries a hidden field and measures how long the form was open, both of which are used only to reject automated submissions. Neither is stored.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for 24 months from the date you send them, so we can pick up a conversation that started a season or two ago. After that they are deleted.
You can ask us to delete yours sooner, and we will.
Who is responsible
Sora Exports is responsible for the information you send through this website, at Surat, Gujarat, India. There is no separate data protection officer; enquiries go to the same address as everything else.
