Export
From origin to shipment.
Out through Nhava Sheva or Mundra, under the Incoterm we agree. Here is the whole sequence, and what we need from you at each step.
The journey
Seven steps, and the one you are on
Every export-process diagram says “Documentation”. Almost none says what it needs from the buyer at that step, which is the only part that helps you plan.
01
Origin
The lot is selected against the grade, volume and profile you have asked for, from growers across four regions rather than from whatever is on the floor.
From you
Grade, approximate quantity and destination port.02
Quality and grading
Screened, cupped and graded at the curing works, against the specification agreed with you. The grading certificate is issued here.
From you
Sample approval, or your own specification to grade against.03
Packing
Jute, GrainPro-lined, vacuum-sealed or private-label, packed to the format your market sells in and marked to your instruction.
From you
Packaging format and marking instructions.04
Documentation
The full set prepared before the consignment moves: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and the phytosanitary and fumigation certificates where the destination requires them.
From you
Consignee details and any document requirement specific to your port.05
Container
Stuffed, sealed and the seal number recorded against the consignment.
From you
Any inspection nomination, before stuffing rather than after.06
Port
Out through Nhava Sheva or Mundra — whichever gives the better sailing that week.
07
Destination
Delivered against the agreed Incoterm, with the document set sent as a pre-alert on sailing rather than on arrival, so your broker has time to file.

What we handle
- Sample lots through to FCL
- Order quantity runs from a sample lot to a full container load, based on what you actually need rather than on a minimum we set.
- Packaging suited to your market

- FOB, CFR or CIF
- Negotiable against the destination port and the order volume. The quotation names the Incoterm, both ports and the validity window.
